I'm Bill John Tran. I build things.

My career has been anything but linear — auto body mechanic, mechanical engineer, model maker, machinist, Xerox sales, and software engineer. No degree. No traditional path. Just a belief that if you do something long enough with enough intensity, you'll figure it out.

I've spent 15+ years building software, designing products, and solving problems across industries. Right now I'm focused on AI-powered applications and documenting the journey of reinvention.
